Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is our priority. This privacy policy explains how we process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data protection act applicable in Poland, and European Union regulations. The purpose of this document is to ensure complete transparency regarding the collection, use, and storage of customers’ personal data.

Section 1 – What do we do with your data?
When you make a purchase in our store, we collect the personal data you provide, such as your first and last name, address, and email address, as part of the buying and selling process. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to obtain information about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Section 2 – Consent
How do you provide consent?
By providing us with your personal data to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange delivery, or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting and using this information solely for that specific purpose. If we need your personal data for other purposes, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent or provide you with the opportunity to withdraw your consent.

How can I withdraw my consent? If you change your mind after registering, you may withdraw your consent to the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us at info@dominoza.com.

Section 3 – Disclosure
We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of service.

Section 4 – Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. The company provides us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored in Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payments: If you choose to use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information will be stored only for as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. Once the transaction is complete, the transaction data will be deleted.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of credit card data in our store and by our service providers. For more information, see the Shopify Terms of Service (https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).

Section 5 – Services provided by third-party providers
Generally speaking, the third-party service providers we use will collect, use, and disclose user data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.

However, certain third-party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them in connection with users’ purchase transactions. We recommend that you read these providers’ privacy policies to understand how they process users’ personal data.

In particular, please note that certain providers may be located in a country other than the one where you or we are located, or may have facilities in another country. Therefore, if you process a transaction through the services of a third-party provider, your data may be subject to the laws of the country in which that provider or its facilities are located.

After you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, this Privacy Policy and the Terms of service of our website no longer apply.

Clicking links in our store may redirect you away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites and recommend that you read their privacy statements.

Google Analytics: Our store uses Google Analytics to track visitors to our website and the pages they view.

Section 6 – Security
To protect users’ personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry-standard practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

When you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.

Section 7 – Cookies
Like many other websites, we use cookies on our website. Detailed information about the cookies we use in connection with operating our store through Shopify can be found at https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use cookies to operate and improve our website and services (including to remember users’ actions and preferences), conduct analytics, and better understand how users interact with the services (in our legitimate interest of administering, improving, and optimizing the services). We may also allow third parties and service providers to use cookies on our Website to better tailor services, products, and advertising on our Website and other websites.

Disabling cookies

Please note that deleting or blocking cookies may negatively affect your user experience and may cause certain Services, including some features and overall functionality, to operate incorrectly or become unavailable. In addition, blocking cookies may not completely prevent us from sharing information with third parties, such as our advertising partners.

Section 8 — Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it periodically. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you here so that you know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our company is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue selling our products to you.
